“Duets”

REALITY. To satiate your singing competition fix post-“American Idol” (and “The Voice,” and “The X Factor), ABC brings you “Duets,” a reality show that pits wannabe pop stars against each other — and their mentors. Kelly Clarkson, John Legend, Robin Thicke and Sugarland singer Jennifer Nettles serve as the celebrity mentors performing — you guessed it — duets with the competitors vying for a contract with Hollywood Records.

Series premiere, 8 p.m., ABC

“Men at Work”

COMEDY. Danny Masterson (“That ’70s Show”) heads a cast of buddies who work at a magazine, but mostly prowl the streets of New York City looking for love, or some quick, unsatisfying version of it.

Series premiere, 10 p.m., TBS

“So You Think You Can Dance”

REALITY. People still think they can dance — and a handful seriously can get down — even as this reality series enters its ninth season.

Season premiere, 8 p.m., Fox
