“Elementary”

DRAMA. Sherlock fanatics are already up in arms over the casting of Lucy Liu as the traditionally male Watson to Jonny Lee Miller’s Holmes. Another sticking point for purists: The quintessential British detective now finds himself solving crimes in modern-day New York City. Anything else? Well, Sherlock has tattoos — but retains his good old demons, grounding his genius and making him relatable. Well, almost relatable.
