“The Glee Project”

REALITY. The first season of this surprisingly addictive talent search produced two stars for the “Glee” mothership. Tonight, 14 new kids attempt to seek admission to McKinley High with their talent and drive — and a performance in front of star Lea Michele.

Season premiere, 10 p.m., Oxygen

“Concert for the Queen: A Diamond Jubilee Celebration with Katie Couric”

SPECIAL. Sixty years spent in the same gig is an impressive feat by any standards. But when you’re wearing a crown for that long, the accomplishment is feted with more than a gold watch. Paul McCartney, Elton John and Tom Jones are among the stars — aided by 10,000 concertgoers in attendance at Buckingham Palace — celebrating Queen Elizabeth II’s tenure.

9 p.m., ABC

“Kendra on Top”

REALITY. Playboy model Kendra Wilkinson invites cameras to document her sex symbol-wife-mother juggling act in this new reality show for the former “Girls Next Door” star.

Series premiere, 10 p.m., We tv

“Rizzoli & Isles”

DRAMA. Odd-couple besties no more? The relationship between homicide detective Jane Rizzoli and medical examiner Maura Isles is tested in the aftermath of last season’s finale, when Jane shot Maura’s mobster dad.

Season premiere, 9 p.m., TNT

“Pretty Little Liars”

DRAMA. With tormentor “A” identified, things can go back to normal, non-sociopathic high school drama now — if this were any show but “PLL,” of course. Expect a new villain for the girls as Season 3 kicks off.

Season premiere, 8 p.m., ABC Family
