TV Watch List: Weekend, Feb. 10-12

This weekend's TV highlights: Owning their geek status

‘Comic Book Men’

REALITY. The celebration of geekery is a hallmark of Kevin Smith’s career. Along with the guys who work at and visit the filmmaker’s comic book shop, Jay and Silent Bob’s Secret Stash in Red Bank, N.J., Smith now brings that love of all things “uncool” to reality television with this series, which documents the self-described nerds at work — which, yes, looks like the play of a bunch of 10-year-olds.

Series premiere, Sunday, 10 p.m., AMC

‘Full Metal Jousting’

REALITY. No, you’re not watching “Game of Thrones” outtakes. These are modern-day men on horseback — in full suits of armor — slamming into each other with giant rods for a shot at a cash prize.

Series premiere, Sunday, 10 p.m., History

‘Cupid’

MOVIE. When you think of Cupid, Jamie Kennedy sure doesn’t come to mind. But here, “Malibu’s Most Wanted” is the god of desire, aiming his arrow at a harried talk-show host (Joely Fisher) and her producer (Roark Critchlow).

Saturday, 8 p.m., Hallmark

‘Worst Cooks in America’

REALITY. It’s funny until you realize they literally don’t know how to boil water.

Season premiere, 9 p.m., Food Network
