‘The 69th Annual Golden Globe Awards’

SPECIAL. Ding, ding! It’s Ricky Gervais versus Hollywood, Round 2 when the acerbic comedian once again takes the reins of the 69th annual Golden Globe Awards. We fully expect him to piss off at least half of the A-listers in attendance — including Angelina Jolie, nominated for her directorial debut “In the Land of Blood and Honey” and George Clooney, sure to take home a trophy for either “The Ides of March” or “The Descendants,” or both. One thing’s for sure: They’re going to need those free-flowing cocktails. (Read Gervais' plans to skewer the awards attendees here.)

Sunday, 8 p.m., NBC

‘Napoleon Dynamite’

COMEDY. This animated comedy based on the 2004 cult classic film arrives eight years too late for people to remember — or care — why we should Vote for Pedro.

‘Austin City Limits’

MUSIC. Who makes “The Suburbs” sound good? Arcade Fire, playing on this edition of the live music series.

Saturday, 9 p.m., PBS

‘Saturday Night Live’

COMEDY. “Harry Potter” star Daniel Radcliffe gives us another reason to say, “Wow, he’s all grown up!” when he hosts this week’s “SNL” with musical guest Lana Del Rey.
