KIDS. The most endearing SoCal ska-rock band ever — they wrote a love song with the lyrics “You’re my girl / I’m your man / I don’t care if we live in a garbage can” and dress like superheroes — heads to TV to fight bad guys and teach kids the awesome powers of rock ’n’ roll. These guys also happen to have created another fantastic little kids show: “Yo Gabba Gabba.”

‘Blue-Eyed Butcher’
MOVIE. Based on a true story, “Blue-Eyed Butcher” follows the trial of Susan Wright, a suburban mom who tied up and brutally stabbed her husband more than 200 times in their Houston home. This Lifetime film shows two sides of the emotional story; Sara Paxton plays Susan with class and captivates the audience to discover the twisted fate of those involved. Kirsty Stewart
