‘The Aquabats! Super Show!’

KIDS. The most endearing SoCal ska-rock band ever — they wrote a love song with the lyrics “You’re my girl / I’m your man / I don’t care if we live in a garbage can” and dress like superheroes — heads to TV to fight bad guys and teach kids the awesome powers of rock ’n’ roll. These guys also happen to have created another fantastic little kids show: “Yo Gabba Gabba.”

Series premiere, Saturday, 1 p.m., The Hub

‘Army Wives’

DRAMA. With Fort Marshall now set to close, the goodbyes of the army wives (and husband) may have deeper — sadder — meaning when a potentially deadly hurricane hits the base.

Season premiere, Sunday, 9 p.m., Lifetime

‘Q’Viva! The Chosen’

REALITY. The search for Latin America’s best performers kicks off. Executive producers/judges/exes J-Lo and Marc Anthony attempt to play nice as they select wannabes vying for a spot in the new Las Vegas talent show that will be created via this reality competition.

Series premiere, Saturday, 8 p.m., Fox

‘Blue-Eyed Butcher’

MOVIE. Based on a true story, “Blue-Eyed Butcher” follows the trial of Susan Wright, a suburban mom who tied up and brutally stabbed her husband more than 200 times in their Houston home. This Lifetime film shows two sides of the emotional story; Sara Paxton plays Susan with class and captivates the audience to discover the twisted fate of those involved. Kirsty Stewart
