Women’s World Cup: The controversial penalty kick from US-Brazil (VIDEO)

Per NBC Sports, “Brazil’s Marta scored on a penalty kick – after Hope Solo’s earlier save was called back after the referee ruled she moved early – as Brazil tied the United States 1-1 in the 67th minute of their World Cup quarterfinal match Sunday. The United States scored on an own goal by Brazil’s Daiane in the second minute to take a 1-0 lead. The winner advances to play France in the semifinals Wednesday.”
