“Eat your greens” is a phrase we have all been told at least once in our lives, except sometimes we just wish we didn’t have to.

Bright green and bursting in vitamin C (more so than oranges) and potassium, the kiwi fruit is a great alternative to soggy spinach. Slice one in half to have with breakfast or add to yogurt or cereal and you will be buzzing with health.
