Police are still looking for a man who allegedly assaulted a woman in the city’s northeast Friday.
A 36-year-old woman was walking in a park near Kirkness Road sometime around 10 a.m. when she was approached from behind by a young male, police said.
The male pushed her to the ground and placed his hands under the victim’s shirt, but the victim was able to fight off her attacker, police said.
The suspect is described by police as a five-foot-one white male who is believed to be in his 20s.
He has spiky blond hair, a scar above his left eye and tattoos on the knuckles of both of his hands, police said.
He was last seen wearing black track pants and a hooded sweatshirt, police said.
