Within days of a teen girl telling police she was forced into prostitution, an alleged bawdy house was shut down by police.
On Friday, a 17-year-old girl told police she was forced into prostitution.
The next day, police acted on a warrant and searched a Halifax residence at 3:15 a.m.
Police seized a computer and other items but didn’t make an arrest at the residence.
Darrell Robert William Fisher, 22, later turned himself in.
