The MBTA Green Line employee who was caught painting her nails on a moving train Tuesday was suspended for 10 days yesterday. The seven-year employee admitted she was painting her nails after a rider caught her on a cell phone video.
“She wasn’t driving the car so I decided anything stiffer wasn’t warranted,” MBTA GM Rich Davey said. “She was regretful. When people take responsibility that does make a difference.”
