Police are searching for the driver of an SUV that crashed into a fence this morning and landed on a southbound Q train in Brooklyn.

The vehicle slammed into the fence at Albemarle Road and East 16th Street shortly before 5 a.m., pushing the fence onto a southbound Q train, police said.

The driver fled the scene and has not been located.

A rescue train transported passengers back to the Church Avenue station, an MTA spokeswoman said.

No injuries have been reported. There was minor damage to the train.

Southbound Q trains are running express from Prospect Park to Kings Highway as crews work to remove the fallen fencing, according to the MTA.

Commuters should check the MTA’s website for service updates.
