Q: What products make you look and feel good?
A: Two companies that I swear by are MAC for makeup and Vichy for skincare. Both lines have high-quality products.
Q: Describe your style.
A: I definitely follow fashion trends. There are a few key items that I have enjoyed wearing through the years. They are scarves, big rings, and on stage, long gloves with the fingers cut out of them. For some reason they make me feel rock and roll (and a little sexy too!)
Q: How do you keep life in perspective?
A: I always try to aim high, think positive and I make sure I enjoy every minute. Helping people who are less fortunate is always a great cure to self-absorption when it creeps in.
Q: How do you stay fit?
A: I go to the gym four to five times a week. I also ride my bike all over the city. It’s good exercise and even better for the environment!

Q: Describe your style.
A: Grunge casual. I’m a T-shirt and jeans kind of guy. If I try something on and I like it, I buy it. It’s all about how it makes me feel.
Q: What are your healthy eating habits?
A: I start every day off with two egg whites, a bowl of oatmeal with blueberries and half a grapefruit. I stick to lean proteins throughout the day and only the good carbs.
I drink a lot of water and I don’t consume any alcohol. I have to admit, however, that even with all my hard work, my sweet tooth sometimes gets the better of me. I love chocolate!
