1 Britney Spears’ lawyers are trying to get the case against her by a former bodyguard moved to a more private court because they fear Fernando Flores will use a public forum to extort a settlement out of the singer, according to TMZ. “There is a real possibility that Ms. Spears will be exposed to danger by the release of confidential and personal information,” they claim. Flores has accused Spears of exposing herself to him and making multiple unwanted sexual advances while he was working for her.

2 Brooke Mueller is reportedly furious at Charlie Sheen for blindsiding her with his divorce filing this week, as they were planning on doing it together when he was done with probation, according to TMZ. “She didn’t want to make trouble for Charlie,” Mueller’s attorney, Sorrell Trope, says. “Charlie humiliated Brooke.” In response, Sheen’s manager says, “Charlie tried to reach out and left her a message before filing for divorce.”

3 In their quest to stay in the spotlight, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt say they blew threw $10 million and are now broke, they tell Life & Style. “We were immature, worrying too much about the famous part instead of the business part,” Pratt says. They now owe the IRS $2 million. “We spoke with a bankruptcy attorney and I’ve looked into unemployment checks,” Pratt says.
