Lindsay Lohan will definitely be staying put at the Betty Ford Center until her next hearing, on October 22, but how long she stays in rehab after that is yet to be determined, according to TMZ. Her judge could order her to stay in treatment longer rather than go to jail again, and doctors from the center will reportedly be on hand to comment on her progress.

Brittney Jones, the woman who claims to have slept with Ashton Kutcher, isn’t backing down. In a new interview, she insists Kutcher and Demi Moore have an open marriage, according to Star magazine. “Ashton said he and Demi have an open relationship and have threesomes often. I didn’t feel at all like he had just cheated on his wife. It felt normal and OK,” Jones says. “He explained that he and Demi had a deal where they had to share lovers. He felt bad that he had been with me and didn’t share.”

Amy Winehouse insists that she’s completely drug- free — and has been for three years. “I’m much healthier now,” she tells the U.K. edition of Glamour. “I used to use drugs and I haven’t used drugs in almost three years. I literally woke up one day and was like, ‘I don’t want to do this any more.’ I went through a lot of trouble with my ex-husband,” she says, referring to Blake Fielder-Civil. The couple divorced last year.

After eight weeks of chemotherapy, Michael Douglas only has one cancer treatment left, his longtime publicist, Allen Burry, tells People magazine. “He’s really happy about it ending,” Burry says, adding that while Douglas is having trouble swallowing and eating, the actor “was determined not to have a feeding tube and he didn’t have to have one.”

Chelsea Handler is looking to dispel rumors that she’s dating rapper 50 Cent, despite a cozy night out in New Orleans recently and sources saying they’ve been secretly seeing each other for a while, according to Us Weekly. “Everyone, calm down,” Handler posted to her Twitter account. “I met with Mr. Cent about a potential project. There’s nothing to report yet. I’ll let you know if there is.”
