If the rumor is true, we can hear Taylor Swift weeping over her guitar somewhere in the distance.
According to reports Swift cut her vacation at Virgin Gorda – the third largest of the British Virgin Islands – short after a heated fight with her One Direction boyfriend, Harry Styles.
The couple arrived at Virgin Gorda on January 1, after they shared a kiss following Swift’s Times Square performance on New Year’s Eve.
On Friday, Swift headed back to the United States and ended her two-month relationship. Styles remained on the island and even visited Richard Branson’s private Necker Island.
There’s been no official announcement about the breakup, but Swift Tweeted “’til you bring me down,” on Saturday.
The two were first spotted holding hands in November on the set of ‘The X Factor” and later took their relationship public with a series of hotel sleepovers and a couples retreat in Utah with fellow lovebirds Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber.
While 23-year-old Swift may not have found true love, she’s on the way to a next big hit. We’re sure of it.
