A teenager is in serious but stable condition in hospital after suffering a stab wound to the abdomen.
Ottawa police and paramedics were called to the 20 block of Patola Avenue in the south end Wednesday night, where they found a 17-year-old male who suffered a stab wound to the abdomen. Paramedics said they worked at the scene to stabilize the young man before transporting him to hospital.
Police are now investigating.
