Teen will survive stabbing at Baseline station

Police are investigating after a teen was stabbed Monday morning at Baseline Station.

Police were called to Baseline Station at 12:47 a.m., where a 17-year-old male had suffered stab wounds. He was taken to the Ottawa Civic Hospital, where he was treated for injuries and underwent surgery for a punctured lung.

The victim is in stable condition and his wounds are not considered life-threatening.

No arrests have been made yet.
