Tell the T how you really feel

The MBTA gets hit with complaints from almost every angle.

During monthly board meetings, daily phone calls and constant Twitter gripes, Boston’s transit agency hears a lot about what people think is wrong with the system.

Today, Thursday, Sept. 8, customers can muster up the guts to go in person to “Talk with the T.”

At Park Street Station on the Green Line, MBTA officials will be on hand to answer questions, talk with customers and take advice on how to fix some problems.

Join the acting GM, Jon Davis, from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. on the inbound side to Government Center.

Over the past 18 months officials have made visits to 23 subway, bus, and commuter rail stations throughout the system.

MBTA staff have interacted with customers and listened to their concerns and recommendations on how to improve service.

From service and employee-related comments to station and vehicle cleanliness, customer feedback has enabled T staff to make adjustments to service, address station maintenance, and improve the overall customer experience on the system.
