Thank Miley Cyrus for more ‘Grace and Frankie’ on Netflix

Ah, the power of social media. Or, more specifically, the power of Miley Cyrus’ social media. Ever the influencer, the singer put out just a single tweet lauding Jane Fonda and Lily Tomlin’s Netflix series “Grace and Frankie,” and the results were truly impressive.

“Let me say, it’s so awesome to do a show on Netflix,” series co-creator Marta Kauffman says. “Two and a half weeks after we launched, Miley Cyrus does a tweet about your show and they call and say, ‘We’d like to do a season two.’ So yes, there is a season two. We have [Netflix boss] Ted [Sarandos] and Miley to thank.” That’s awesome, but is it too late to ask Cyrus to tweet something about “Happy Endings”?
