Alec Baldwin thinks Anthony Weiner should resign.

Alec Baldwin is calling for Anthony Weiner,the scandal-prone New York City mayoral candidate, to withdraw from the race after it was revealed Weiner resumed his habit of sexually explicit online conversations with women other than his wife after a similar scandal forced him to resigned from Congress in 2011.
“Weiner has only one problem that disqualifies him from the race, and that is that he is clearly addicted to reckless behavior,” Baldwin writes in an opinion piece for the Huffington Post. “Weiner should quit, walk away, let some time wash over his reversals and re-emerge another day to attempt some future race for public office.”
Baldwin, who has been known to court the political arena, is no stranger to acting badly on social media. Last month, after reporter George Stark pointed out that Baldwin’s wife Hilaria put up a tweet while the couple were at James Gandolfini’s funeral, he launched into a furious, profane tirade in her defense.
“Someone said my wife was tweeting during a funeral. Hey. That’s not true,” he wrote. “But I’m gonna tweet at your funeral.”Later, he wrote, “George Stark, you lying little bitch, I am gonna f#%@ you up.” (That’s exactly how he wrote “f#%@.” Still trying to keep things PG-13, I guess.)
Baldwin continued in this vein for several more tweets, including “I’m gonna find you, George Stark, you toxic little queen, and I’m gonna f***…you…up,” (censorship ours this time) before apparently coming to his senses – his whole account was deleted, but is back up and running now.
