“Saturday Night Live” alum Andy Samberg and singer Joanna Newsom tied the knot this weekend in an intimate ceremony before family and friends at the Post Ranch Inn in Big Sur, Calif., according to Us Weekly.
Samburg proposed to Newsom in February, and he admitted to Ryan Seacrest in an interview last week that planning the wedding wasn’t easy. “So far it’s been nothing but stress and joy,” he said. “The joy is in the lady herself. The stress is in the planning. We tried to go small and it was just impossible. There’s too many relatives, too many friends.”
It’s been a busy September for Samberg. In addition to planning a wedding, he stars,along with Terry Crews and Andre Braugher, on the new Foxshow “Brooklyn Nine-Nine,” which premiered last week.
