The Word: Pattinson hates fame, Hudgens hates leaked nudity

We’re confusing Robert Pattinson

He has giant piles of “Twilight” cash and a rabid female fan base adoring enough to actually sit through “Twilight” movies, but it seems Robert Pattinson is enjoying neither.

In an interview with Vanity Fair, the actor — who will reportedly rake in around $25 million per film for the remainder of the franchise — says he doesn’t even own a house. “I’m afraid of buying a house or anything because if there’s one paparazzo outside for one day, then they’ll never leave, he says. “The best way to deal with it is to move around all the time.”

The more zealous fans also cause him some anxiety: “It is weird,” he tells the mag. “You have to wonder — what do they want?”

Whatever, Pattinson — now you’re just playing coy. What do they want? We can think of two things. Make that three. And … oh yes, that would be four.

Hudgens isn’t amused

More nude photos of Vanessa Hudgens have hit the Web, although her lawyer points out that these are simply outtakes of the same batch that started leaking four years ago: “Vanessa is deeply upset and angered that these old photos, which were taken years ago, continue to resurface,” he tells E! News.

The rehab report

Seann William Scott — who for better or worse, but probably worse in this case, you know as Stifler from “American Pie” — has checked himself into rehab. A rep tells People.com the actor was receiving “proactive treatment to address health and personal issues.”

Yup, Vanessa, it’s called the Internet. The same thing that keeps Zack Morris looking so fresh and so clean at Bayside High will also ensure that embarrassing photos never quite go away. We consider it a small price to pay.
