Estately, apparently not satisfying its readers enough, decided to follow up its list of oddest town names with one detailing America’s mostsexual or obscene ones.
The blog created a map of these lewdly named towns, and a larger list. “For the sake of time, we intentionally omitted natural features like Little Dick Lake in Minnesota, as well neighborhoods, such as Mianus in Connecticut. If we’ve left out any names of cities, towns, or unincorporated communities we sincerely apologize and ask that you kindly let us know in the comments. We will update our list accordingly because we intend this to forever be The Master List of the Most Obscene Town Names in America,” Estately wrote on its blog. Included are such classics as Intercourse, Pennsylvania, and others you may never have heard of such as Dickshooter, Idaho.
