Enjoy live music and great food at Beat Brasserie’s New Year’s Eve Blues Explosion. Located near the Public Garden, this local French restaurant is going all out with its New Year’s Eve offerings. Early birds who stop by Bistro du Midi’s first seating between 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. will get to indulge on a four-course prix fixe menu for $95 per person, featuring items such as wagyu beef tartare, scallop crudo and king ora salmon. The five-course prix fixe menu for the second seating (8:30 p.m.-10 p.m.) will include similar offerings for $125 per person. Eastern Standard
This Fenway fine dining spot will be open at its regular hours (7 a.m.-2 p.m.) on Dec. 31. Eastern Standard’s full dinner menu will be available until midnight, so feast on items such as seared Maine salmon, bone-in ribeye and more to ring in the New Year.
