Women don’t take enough time for themselves, says a spokesperson for the National Women’s Show.
“They’re career women and moms, and don’t take the time to be pampered and kick back and have fun,” said Tanya Williams.
But the 11th annual fall edition of the National Women’s Show, held this weekend at Lansdowne Park, allows them to do just that.
“They can come here and spend a couple of hours or a whole day, sample some food, check out some new fashions, get a makeover and do some shopping,” said Williams.
Keynote speakers include Slice TV’s Tommy Europe.
The personal trainer and host of The Last 10 Pounds Bootcamp will also be leading a fitness session.
In addition to more than 200 exhibitors, there will also be fashion shows held at 12:45 p.m. Saturday and noon on Sunday, and cooking demonstrations all weekend.
More than 15,000 people are expected to attend.
