Mel Gibson’s legal troubles over ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva aren’t going away, as prosecutors are now reportedly looking to charge Gibson for allegedly assaulting Grigorieva during an argument last year.
Gibson’s attorney, Blair Berk, is said to be preparing for the worst.
“Blair is aware that the District Attorney is inclined to file charges against Mel,” a source says.
If convicted of either a misdemeanor or felony, Gibson could face time behind bars. metro
