Condemned buildings are treasure troves for Sellersville, P.A.-based Jay Chaikin and his team of scavengers, who find interesting architecture and design pieces buried beneath the dirt and dust and refurbish them to make a ton of cash. He uncovers pieces of Americana at an abandoned barn, house and mill in Maryland and at Philadelphia’s historic Church of the Nativity tonight.
