“The Killing”

DRAMA. After more red herrings than most viewers are willing to tolerate (see: the outcry over the Season 1 cliffhanger finale), the Larsen family — but perhaps more importantly, fans who have stuck with this drama — find closure when Rosie’s murderer is finally revealed.

Season finale, Sunday, 9 p.m., AMC

“Megastunts: Highwire Over Niagara Falls — Live”

SPECIAL. No one has been allowed to tightrope walk over Niagara Falls for more than 125 years. Nik Wallenda will attempt the feat Friday night, wearing a harness, per ABC, to attract the squeamish demographic.

Friday, 9 p.m., ABC

“The Borgias”

DRAMA. One of Pope Alexander’s sons will perish. That’s not a spoiler — that’s a 10th grade World Cultures Italian Renaissance history lesson.

Season finale, Sunday, 10 p.m., Showtime

“Blue Lagoon: The Awakening”

MOVIE. It’s teenage sexual awakening on a deserted island all over again when the Brooke Shields-Christopher Atkins drama from 1980 gets an update (here, Brenton Thwaites and Indiana Evans play the bored, island-bound teens distracted by doing it). Atkins makes an appearance, and Denise Richards stars as the stranded girl’s mom.

Saturday, 8 p.m., Lifetime
