A pair of men in Worcester reportedly lured and attacked two unsuspecting men by using a fake online profile, according to CBS Boston.

Two separate incidents, both within a week of each other and both at the same apartment building, involved men using an app called MeetMe. Both men were lured with a fake profile and then attacked by two other men.

The first man was attacked and robbed by two men on Jan. 4.

The second man put up a fight when he was attacked on Jan. 10. That man ended up getting stabbed in the chest, but CBS reports that he is fine.

Police are speaking with both victims as a part of their investigation into the incidents.
