Two more companies will be moving their offices into One World Trade Center in Lower Manhattan.

E-commerce site Tinypass and investment advisory firm Casablanca Capital LLC have both inked five-year leases for offices on the 46th floor, The Durst Organization and Port Authority of New York and New Jersey announced on Tuesday.

The company said office space on floors 45, 46 and 47 of the 1,776 foot tall tower have been set aside for smaller organizations.

One World Trade Center officially opened up to tenants last November when anchor tenant Conde Nast secured 1.2 million square feet of office space for the next 25 years.

The building is now 63 percent leased, spokesman Steve Vitoff told Metro.
