Two years later, cat killer caught

After a two-year ASPCA manhunt, a Manhattan man was arrested Sunday and charged with fel­ony aggravated cruelty for allegedly kicking his neighbor’s cat to death. Wilfredo LaBoy, 25, is accused of killing Chyna, a one-year-old, 7.7-pound calico in August of 2008.
