A 46-year-old Revere man found covered in blood at an MBTA station was arrested and charged with the murder of another man found dead in a trailer park.

Peter Deconinck was charged with murder and will face arraignment Monday at Chelsea District Court, according to the Suffolk district attorney’s office.

Deconinck allegedly stabbed to death Ronald Russo, 50, of Winthrop, inside a trailer park on Revere Beach Parkway on Saturday night after an altercation. Authorities did not say specifically what started the fight.

Authorities said the arrest was made based on evidence recovered at the scene, witness interviews and Deconinck’s own statements.

A person called 911 about 8:30 p.m. to report the body at the Revere Beach Parkway trailer park, according to the Suffolk district attorney’s office.

Neighbors described a horrific scene at the park.

“The whole place was covered,” James Harriman told WHDH Saturday night. He told the station that he found the body inside a trailer. “Literally looked like helter-skelter. Tables upside down. Chairs upside down.”

Shortly after police were called to the scene, officers were called to the Beachmont T station, where they found Deconinck with blood on his clothing and a cut on his hand. He was detained by police.
