The puny perv targeting women on the Upper East Side attacked again Sunday. Police say the man, described as between 4’11” to 5’3” tall and Hispanic, approached a 21-year-old woman from behind at around 4 a .m. on 111th Street. He grabbed her crotch before running away.
This is the tenth time the man has attacked or grabbed women on the street, say police. He was last seen wearing a black turtleneck zipped sweatshirt, baggy blue jeans and white sneakers.
