Justin Bieber was attacked by a male fan as he performed in Dubai last night.
The 19-year-old was seated, playing his song “Believe” on the piano, when the fan, dressed in t-shirt and shorts ran on to the stage and appeared to grab the 19-year-old Canadian superstar.
As security staff rushed on to the stage, Bieber’s piano was pushed over and was unplayable for the remainder of the show.
The star himself had by then walked off the other side of the stage and returned, unhurt, after a three-minute break to complete the show with the songs “Boyfriend” and “Baby”
he had already omitted one song, “One Less Lonely Girl” from the Dubai show as a show of respect to the city’s Muslim faith.
Bieber sparked anger in the city on Saturday night when his show, the first of two at the Dubai Sevens stadium, started two hours late.
