New York City police officers and firefighters participating in a charity hockey game on Long Island on Sunday ended up getting into a massive brawl.
In videos posted online, players from both teams are seen throwing punches and shoving one another on the ice at Nassau Coliseum in Uniondale. It is not clear how the brawl began.
The fight broke out during the second period of the game when the teams were tied 3-3, according to video footage. The NYPD team ended up winning the game 8-5, ending a five-game winning streak by the FDNY.
