President Barack Obama is at it again! Apparently, it was Blues Night at the White House and the President didn’t hold back. Lately, Obama has been turning America into his own private American Idol — whether you agree with his politics or not, you’ve got to admit — our Prez can sing!
Here’s the clip of him alongside first lady Michelle Obama at last night’s performance by B.B. King and Mick Jagger in honor of Black History Month. Obama takes the microphone for a few lines of “Sweet Home Chicago” and the crowd goes wild.
This is now the second time Obama has sung in public. The first clip of him singing a little Al Green went viral a few weeks back. Luckily, Obama didn’t make us wait long to hear that sweet soulful voice again. Is it a coincidence that he’s letting this charming, musical side shine through during an election year?
