Watch the Women’s World Cup with the Breakers

The Boston Breakers will host a Women’s World Cup final viewing party Sunday at Tommy Doyle’s in Cambridge, the team announced today.

The party starts at 2 p.m. at Tommy Doyle’s Harvard Square location.

“A handful” of Breakers should attend — not bad, since a good bit of the team will be in Germany. Coach Tony DiCicco is doing commentary for ESPN, and six players will be on the field for the U.S.-Japan final. Amy LePeilbet, Rachel Buehler, Stephanie Cox, Lauren Cheney and Kelley O’Hara will play for the Americans, and Aya Sameshima will suit up for the Japanese.

Gametime is 2:45 p.m. (ESPN). We’ll be live blogging from 2:30 on at metro.us/soccer.
