Donald Trump is ruffling feathers in the British Parliament.

He has demanded that Scotland end plans for an offshore wind farm he fears will spoil the view from his exclusice new golf resort.

He says if Scotland goes through with their renewable energy plan…they will lose tourism to Ireland.

Saudi man spends 15 years in jail because ‘Daddy said so’

(Reuters) – A Saudi Arabian man who was sentenced to three years in jail has spent an extra 12 years behind bars while waiting for his father’s pardon.

The National Society for Human Rights, who is affiliated with the Saudi government, says Eid al-Sinani was jailed in 1997 for beating up his mother.

But when the 43-year-old completed his sentence, his father asked a judge to keep his son in prison “until he is proven to be righteous by his father”. The judge agreed and 12 years later Sinani is still in jai.

Thief takes Taser, ammo, handcuffs from unlocked cop car

FARGO – A Fargo police officer is being disciplined for leaving his unmarked police car unlocked…leading to the theft of police equipment.

Bret Witte left the car unlocked in his driveway. A thief took advantage, stealing several pairs of handcuffs, a bulletproof vest, a Taser, two loaded handgun clips and a knife.

One pair of handcuffs was recovered the next day after a man called dispatchers for aid getting out of them. The man would not say who had handcuffed him, only that he was an acquaintance.

Witte had been disciplined in 2002 for having sex in his police car. Police cleared the 18-year-old as Witte’s girlfriend at the time…but she was arrested in 2004 as part of a prostitution sting.

REUTERS – One man is facing assault charges after police say he forced another man to do the moonwalk at gunpoint.

30-year-old John Ernest Cross was charged with the felony Tuesday.

Investigators alleged the gun was a semiautomatic rifle, but Cross said during his initial court appearance that it was only a pellet gun, the AP reported.

USPS worker arrested for spanking children in his truck

MANCHESTER – A postman is being accused of spanking a boy he “played house” with inside his postal vehicle.

Frank Saucier, 43, of Tyngsboro, Mass., is charged with assault related to spanking that 10-year-old boy.

An investigation into allegations that he played Dad while letting several other children “play house” in his truck is ongoing.

Saucier has been removed from that route.
