But if she were cooking up something, it would be quesadillas, says the entertaining maven, plus “margaritas with fresh lime juice, good tequila and sugar-rimmed glasses,” naturally. The domestic powerhouse is a fan of the Mexican staple: “I just love quesadillas. I make them with sardines, queso blanco; I make them with jalapeno peppers and guacamole — so delicious.”
