Jello Biafra plays an ’80s punk who comes out of a coma while Malcolm and Kris tailgate outside a live “Prairie Home Companion” show. Just reading that should provoke a chuckle or two. If not, don’t bother. There are special guests galore Thursday night.

‘NCAA Tournament’

Expect some upsets. It’s the second round and with top-ranking seeds playing the lowest, nothing is as thrilling as an underdog throwing everyone’s bracket out of whack. March Madness continues Thursday night on four channels.

‘Community’

Despite its stellar cast, this show continues to be hit or miss — mostly the latter. But with special guest David Cross and a game of “Dungeons & Dragons” planned, Thursday night’s show has the potential to be especially unruly… and nerdy. 8 P.M., NBC
