Marcus Samuelsson’s Harlem mainstay Red Rooster has a basement-level speakeasy alluding to Harlem in the 1920s. Every Sunday, the sister venue hosts a buffet Gospel Brunch ($39.95) with Vy Higginson’s Gospel for Teens, a group of high school singers based in Harlem. Listen to them as you enjoy fried yardbird, mac n’ greens and more.
