Officials said a sole $7 million New York lottery ticket was sold in Queens.

The only $7 million winning lottery ticket for Monday night’s Cash4Life drawing was sold at a Queens 7-Eleven, officials said on Tuesday.
The top prize-winning ticket was bought at a Bayside store on Bell Boulevard. The winning numbers were 5,16, 21, 33, 47 and cash ball 4, lottery officials said.
The $1,000-a-Day-for-Life winner can chose to collect the annuity prize or its predetermined cash value.
Lottery officials said they are still looking for the second-prize winner in the June 19 Cash4Life drawing. Worth at least $1 million, that ticket was sold in East Rockaway on Long Island.
