Two suspects remain at large after a Monday home invasion and sexual assault left one Bronx woman tied up at home with her young daughter.

Police are searching for an at-large duo that posed as Con Edison workers to gain entry to a woman’s apartment on Magenta Street in the Bronx, CBS reported. Once inside, the suspects bound the woman and ransacked the apartment.

After the victim, 26, was tied to her coffee table, one suspect sexually assaulted her, NBC reported, adding that the suspect’s young daughter was in the house at the time.

The suspects then fled with $50, police said to CBS.

A neighbor who had heard screams and cries off-and-on for a few hours found the victim tied up, NBC stated, adding that police could not say how long she had been tied up.
