The MBTA is on the lookout for a woman who allegedly spat on a disabled Orange Line passenger.
The incident happened at State Street station around 5:30 p.m. on Nov. 29, Transit Police said.After the alleged assault, the woman fled and boarded a northbound Blue Line train. Theydescribe her as a Hispanic woman, approximately 5-foot-3 with dark hair. Authorities added that she was wearing a black jacket, black and white sweater, black jeans and carrying a black leather purse at the time of the alleged incident. On Tuesday, the MBTA Transit Police took to Twitter in an effort to identify the suspect.
