Noho Nights
Friday nights at Barry’s Bootcamp Noho
419 Lafayette St.

Barry’s Bootcamp is known for their intense workouts and this one works the entire body; be prepared to burn roughly 1,000 in one hour. You’ll be pushed to the limit in the split 30-minute treadmill/30-minute strength training workouts, but special DJ sets by DJ Matt Maggiacomo will distract you from the pain — or at least will attempt to.

Plus, a few more:

Coachella-Themed Barre Class
Physique 57
Various locations

Right now, Physique 57 is holding classes DJed by Caroline D’Amore, whose playlist is full of everyone performing at Coachella this year. Pulsing is a little bit more bearable when Halsey, The 1975 and Grimes are blasting through the studio.

WeFlowHard Vinyasa Yoga
Multiple locations

Downward dogging to Drake? That’s exactly what goes on at Y7’s WeFlowHard classes. Instead of the quiet yoga you might be used to, here they blast beats. Flow has multiple meanings here.

Thrash the Beat
355. W. 49th St.

Prepare to go all out in this cardio dance class — you’ll leave soaked with sweat. An instructor leads the class in dance moves meant to make your body werk. Hey, you might as well have some fun while you’re getting your abs crop top-ready.
