Thatmeant taking a cue from Momofuku Ando, the inventor ofinstant ramen, to make “restaurant-quality food, designed for delivery, that you can eat at your desk, in a park, or on the couch in your underwear.” RELATED: Inside the Cronut birthday party at Dominique Ansel Bakery Such is the mission of Ando, Chang’s latestfood-delivery service, which launched today in Midtown East. The menu,created by Chang and wd~50 alum J.J. Basil,has items like an NY cheesesteak and, of course, fried chicken. Milk Bar is contributing all-newcookies, including one inspired by the Ritz cracker. You order via app; the food arrives via UberRush. For now, delivery is only available a lunchtime (11 a.m.-2 p.m.) from Sixth Avenue to the East River between 40th and 59th streets. There’s a waitlist for new sign-ups, so don’t break up with your current lunch place yet.
