A Boston Police officer was taken to the hospital Tuesday evening after he was hurt while trying to arrest a man on suspicion of indecent exposure.
EMS were called to the scene after the unidentified officer "fell down or was thrown down" during the arrest, which happened on Tennis Road around 8 p.m, police said.
The officer suffered a cut to his head and was taken to Boston Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries, police said.
The unidentified suspect was taken into custody.
