Police are investigating an East Boston stabbing that left one man dead Wednesday morning.
The incident occurred just before 7 a.m. on Paris Street near Marion Street, officials said.
When officers arrived on scene, they found a man suffering from an apparent stab wound. He was taken to a local hospital where he later died.
There have been no arrests and police are still investigating. Anyone with information should call the Homicide Unit at 617-343-4470.
