The bar Who’s on First is out, according to Red Sox President Sam Kennedy, who met with team officials and Fenway residents on Tuesday evening.

According to UniversalHub, the Sox started working with officials to move the bar out of Yawkey Way after an MBTA conductor was shot and killed and three others were injured on November 26.

Jephthe Chery was a Commuter Rail conductor and a Hyde Park resident who was killed as he left the bar. The other victims were three men, all in their 20s, who had wounds that police said were not life-threatening.

Two women were also shot leaving Who’s on First in September.

The Boston Licensing Board ruled that the bar was not responsible for the shootings, despite the spot’s dangerous reputation.

It’s not yet clear when the bar will close its doors for good.
